Withdrawals and verification: what actually happens
Two gates stand between a bonus balance and your bank. The first is the wagering requirement; the second is verification, and it is where most delays actually happen. Identity, address and payment ownership all have to be proved before a first payout, and doing that at registration rather than at cashout is the part you control.
In short
Cashing out a bonus balance means clearing two gates: the wagering requirement (35× on deposit plus bonus, €7,000 on a €100 deposit, inside 10 days), then identity verification. KYC checks on your ID, address and payment method must clear before the first withdrawal, so completing them at sign-up is the delay you can avoid.
What has to happen before you can withdraw a bonus?
The first gate is the requirement itself: 35× on deposit plus bonus, which on a €100 deposit matched to €100 is €7,000 of contributed stakes inside 10 days. Ten days is tighter than the market it sits in: across the 47 study records that state a time limit, the median is 14 days. Until it is cleared there is nothing to withdraw but your own unspent deposit, and taking that out forfeits the bonus and everything won with it.
The second gate has no formula. Verification is a licensing and anti-money-laundering obligation rather than an operator being difficult, and it has to complete before a first payout leaves. It is the gate people meet unprepared, because the first gate is the one every guide talks about.
When should you complete casino verification?
The work is identical whether you do it on the day you register or on the day you want your money, so the sensible time is the day you register. A check that starts only once a withdrawal is requested adds its whole duration to the wait, and that wait gets described afterwards as a slow casino.
Some operators run the checks before the bonus is credited at all. Either way, nothing about the process gets faster because there is now a balance waiting on the other side of it.
What documents do you need to verify a casino account?
Identity. A passport or national ID, unexpired, all four corners in frame, no glare across the machine-readable strip.
Address. A utility bill or bank statement from the last three months carrying the same name and address as the account. Some operators exclude mobile phone bills, so check the accepted list before sending one.
Payment method. A card image with the middle digits covered, or a bank statement header. For crypto, the wallet address the deposit came from.
The rejection worth heading off in advance is a name mismatch — the account opened in one spelling, the document issued in another — because the account name usually cannot be changed later. Register with the name exactly as it appears on your ID.
Why there are no payout times on this page
We do not publish payout speeds for these operators. We have not measured them, and the figures other affiliate sites print for the same brands were not measured either — our editorial policy rules out publishing a number nobody has checked.
What we can describe is the structure, which is the more useful thing. After approval, the operator's own processing window runs first; only then does the payment rail add its own time, and that varies by method and by bank rather than by casino. Withdrawals normally return to the method the deposit came in on, so the route out is chosen at the deposit screen whether you realise it or not.
| Gate | What it is at these eight | On a €100 deposit |
|---|---|---|
| Wagering | 35x on deposit + bonus | €7,000 of contributed stakes |
| Time limit | 10 days from crediting | €700 a day; the study median is 14 days |
| Verification | Identity, address, payment method | All three clear before a first payout |
| Payout speed | Not measured, so not published | See the last section for why |
| Route out | Back to the deposit method | Chosen at deposit, not at cashout |
Frequently asked
Why is the first withdrawal slower than the ones after it?
Because verification happens once. Later withdrawals skip to processing, which is why the first one is not representative of what an operator is normally like to cash out from.
Can you withdraw before finishing the wagering?
You can usually withdraw your own unspent deposit, but doing so cancels the offer: the bonus and anything won with it are removed. On a bonus whose requirement is calculated on deposit plus bonus, that is a more expensive step than it looks.
What if your verification document is rejected?
Ask which element failed rather than resubmitting the same file. Glare, a cropped corner, an expired document and a name that does not match the account each produce a rejection on their own, and each is fixable in a minute once you know which one it was.
How fast do these casinos pay out?
We do not know, so we do not publish a figure. Nobody has measured it for these eight operators, and the timings quoted elsewhere for the same brands are estimates presented as data. What we can tell you is the order of events: approval, the operator's processing window, then the payment rail.
